Group Reservation Policy

To reserve a group appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $15 per guest is required.
Good news: Your deposit will be credited toward each guest’s salon services on the day of your appointment.

Terms & Conditions

• A $15 deposit per guest is required to begin the reservation process.
• Deposits are applied toward salon services.
• Reservation requests are subject to availability.
• Our team will contact you after your deposit is received to finalize your appointment.
• Complimentary snacks and beverages are provided, with offerings varying based on party size.
• Please notify us as soon as possible of any changes to your guest count.
• Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a full deposit refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, no-shows, or failure to arrive with the confirmed group size will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
